Digital Media Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate closely with the delivery team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions across various digital platforms for our clients.

Helsinki or Stockholm (hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize search engine advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage compelling ad copies and creative assets for digital ads across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI for client campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and client expectations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content and visuals for social media channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing.
- Previous experience working in digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- We are looking proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and/or Norwegian to join our team. Fluency in one or more of these languages is essential.
