Art Director

Qwamplify Nordics is a dynamic and innovative agency dedicated to delivering cutting-edge concepts, digital campaign solutions and brand experiences for our clients. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and efficient Art Director to join our team and drive forward our creative vision in the Nordics.

As an Art Director at Qwamplify Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our concepts and communication solutions to life while ensuring they align seamlessly with our clients brands. You will collaborate closely with our creative and delivery teams to design and visualize captivating concepts, digital content, campaign sites, ads, and animated videos. Your creative input and expertise together with your ability to quickly deliver high-quality creative designs will be essential for us to reach our clients KPIs. 

Location: Stockholm (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Visualize communication ideas and concepts both for sale purposes and project delivery.
• Create design assets such as key visuals, web sites, POS material, content, animations, and other graphic elements essential for the project.
• Create captivating digital ads tailored to various social media channels and formats, effectively conveying brand narratives and key messages, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Provide valuable insights and strategic direction to enhance the visualization of our concepts and elevate brand presence.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all creative deliverables.
• Commit to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Creative height and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creative vision, and ability to quickly deliver high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strategic thinking ability to align creative concepts with marketing objectives and target audience insights.
• Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to understand and cater to different brands within the Nordic region.
